Overview
Reverse Ventures is a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage startups in Switzerland. We are looking for a Venture Analyst to join our team in Cape Town. The Venture Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, working with the sales team to generate leads, and tracking and analysing marketing metrics. They will also be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities and using digital tools to communicate and collaborate with team members.

Drive impactful marketing strategies while seamlessly handling administrative duties, fostering team collaboration, and leveraging data for continuous improvement.
Area of responsibility
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for a variety of channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization
- Create and manage social media content, such as blog posts, social media posts, and reporting
- Work with the sales team to generate leads and close deals
- Track and analyse marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and general day-to-day office requirements
- Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
- Use collaboration tools to communicate and collaborate with team members, such as Miro, Teams, HubSpot and Office 365
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in collaboration tools, such as Miro, Teams, HubSpot, Office 365 and other tools
